Thank you for shopping with us. All items sold in our store are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are custom-made for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  1. Incorrect size selected by the customer
  2. Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
  3. Preference for a different color, design, or product
  4. Minor variations in color or print placement that may occur during production

We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take responsibility for ensuring you receive the correct product in good condition.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement, please email us with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos showing the defect or incorrect item

After reviewing your request, we will provide a free replacement if the issue is confirmed.

We do not require the defective item to be returned unless specifically requested.


3. Replacement Policy

If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. Refunds may be issued at our discretion if a replacement is not available.


4. Shipping Issues

Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed quickly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
